The short version: the calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are never sent to us, saved, or shared — there is nothing to sell because there is nothing collected.

What the calculators collect

Nothing. Every calculation on Should I Stay or Sell happens on your device, in the page itself. No form submits your figures anywhere, no account exists to hold them, and closing the tab erases them.

What the site does measure

Like most websites, this one uses analytics and may use advertising cookies:

• Google Analytics (when enabled for this site) measures visits in aggregate — pages viewed, approximate region, device type — so we can tell which tools people use. It does not receive anything you type into a calculator. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Advertising cookies. This site may display ads served by Google or other networks, which use cookies to serve and measure ads. You can control personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
• Server logs. The hosting server records standard request logs (IP address, page requested, browser type) for security and reliability, as every web server does.

What we never do

• We never sell personal information — we don't have yours to sell.
• We never ask for financial account credentials, Social Security numbers, or payment details. No page on this site ever will; treat any that does as fraudulent.

Children

This site is a financial-planning tool for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes
